We don't charge a monthly fee. 50% of our clients don't need any changes because their ranks never fall. We charge on a per instance basis. A tag refresh is $20.00 per instance and may only be necessary every few months. We will inform you if we see ranks falling but will wait for approval before proceeding. We go out of our way to provide a one on one relationship with your company to best develop your website's traffic.

1 year submission to Yahoo.com Directory. Yahoo has millions of users. Being listed in the Yahoo directory is key to many types of e-commerce sites profit income. We will have to deny submission to Yahoo if your site is already included in their directory. This is because we don't want to waste your money. Yahoo will not refund money for any reason so we are very careful with these submissions and follow all guidlines. Yahoo Submission Guidlines.
While optional, the unique domain name we create out of keyword phrases directly related to your products or services can help the surfer locate you faster because search engines do read the domain name when performing the search.
If you choose not to have a unique domain name you will have to provide the following so we can upload your optimized page to the server of your website.

Your FTP passwordIf you choose not to provide us with this information and want to upload the page yourself, this is also an option. It is important however to keep the page intact exactly as we created it or your rankings and traffic might be affected. We will not be able to refresh the site as needed with this option. You will be responsible for keeping the date on the server current. ( Search Engines do tend to push down pages that have not shown updates on the server for long periods of time.) With a unique domain, we take care of this for you because the website is located on our servers.
We actually do not recommend optimizing the client's first main page of their website because, if updated often, will destroy the coding we have done that you cannot see.
The Search Engine Optimized Page
The key to everything with your marketing page. We have optimized over 100 sites in just the past year. It is a combination of creating a page that is suitable for the viewer to look at and search engine friendly at the same time. This is a tedious balance.
We use every available legal method of html coding to improve your rankings and traffic on the search engines listed within your chosen package.
If a search engine deems something we do is illegal at a later point, we change it to please them. We do not and will not engage in the traditional sense of spamming search engines. We do not use automatic software to submit your site but rather deal directly with the search engine company.
For sites with unique domains we provide extensive reporting accounts for you to track your site's progress. It includes where surfers are coming from, what search engines are visiting or sending surfers to you, and what keyword phrases people are typing in.
For sites without a unique domain from us, we have included coding to an account from a third party that will track your url's progress. A link to access your account will be provided once opened.
24-48 hour constant domain refresh
The databases your site will be listed in generally refreshes your url ever 24 to 48 hours, barring any glitches on their end. The is helpful when you decide to change your tags to reflect a new holiday sale for instance.
Consultation on pay per click engines of appropriate keyword phrases:
We want your input of course when it comes to choosing the most appropriate keywords and phrases. However, some terms you may choose may not be beneficial in achieving higher ranks so we will consult with you on the best possible phrases that combine your needs and our needs to supply you with first and second page ranks on all the search engines.
We will also be able to give you information on whether it would be beneficial to pay for listings in top pay per click search engines like Looksmart.com, Overture.com or Google.com. Some services or products cannot benefit from these services if you are on a tight budget. Basically, there is a price war with these engines and some keyword phrases can cost upwards to $3.00 per click!
For some clients, pay per click engines bring in more traffic than all the search engines combined, but again, it depends on the product or service you are selling.
